The Shower Hug
>> January 27, 2009
When I was opening the shower hug I was very impressed at the packaging. That was the first thing to catch my eye! It looked really nice, something I would see in a boutique. The shower hug is so soft to the touch, I couldn't wait to put it on. Later that evening I decided to try it out and wear it to bed. I took my nursing bra off(which was wonderful) and put it on. It was so comfy!! It felt so awesome to not wear a bra at night. I have been nursing my daughter for 7 months, and I am never bra-free. It didn't even stick to me when I leaked a little milk. I don't think I would've wore it when my daughter was a newborn because there would have been too much leakage.
The next morning I woke up and I wanted to wear it in the shower. That was a blessing. Oh how I wish I would have had this during pregnancy, or right after I had my little girl. Everyone knows how much the shower hurts your breasts during these times. And being a nursing mama I don't like to use alot of soap on my chest. This is the perfect thing! It protected my sensitive areas to enjoy a shower. It also became warm with the water and was very comforting, even relaxing!! I don't get engorged anymore, but I'm sure if I was this would be the answer!! I can't wait to have another bra-less night!!! Ahhh, sweet freedom!

What a great idea! Especially the wearing it at night thing. I hated wearing a bra 24-7 when I nursed last time and am dreading that again.
I learned that they use fabric from North Carolina!

I love that it can work for the tummy area too, espcially after a C section. I've seen these in the store and they look wonderful. Thank you!
Hey Kristan!
I'm Kristin! LOl Okay I'm pregnant and trust me my bb's hurt. I can only imagine how bad it will get. The shower hug seems so soothing.

Wow I have never heard of this or even thought of the idea! It sounds great! I like the idea that it is also to help keep soap off the area in the shower. I always wondered how I can keep soap off there when shampoo is running down "everywhere". lol (-:
I love this! I wish I had one during my last pregnancy, and I also love that it can hold in hot or cold packs! This is ingenious! Thanks for the giveaway!
I am nursing twins now and would love to have this! How nice to not have to wear a bra at night!!
Wow, this is such a great idea! I love it. And it has so many purposes. Besides the ones you mentioned, I like how it can hold hot and cold packs. And it looks so comfy.
I remember how sensitive I was when I started nursing. I wish I had this then! I like the fact that it sheilds you from the pain of the shower water hitting you.
thanks

I am pregnant with my second and remember dreading the shower right after I had him. I would have to shield my tatas so the stream of water would hurt me! I think this would help me out so much in the end stages of this pregnancy and when I first start breastfeeding with this baby!
Thanks so much for the chance!

I am due in March and this product sounds wonderful. I remember how much the shower spray can sting and how wonderful a warm compress would have felt when I had mastitis the last time. This is a truly ingenious product that I feel addresses these issues and a number of others. I would love to be entered.

It can protect your incision from harsh shower sprays and chemical residues that can irritate sensitive and healing skin. Its great for pregnancy, post partum and breastfeeding - so pregnancy and beyond. I wonder if it would help with the pain of weaning.
Great for women who have larger breasts especially, like myself.
adrnlize at aol dot com
I read How To Wear it. It seems so easy to put it on. and It easy to wash!
