I get my exercise from chasing around my little one who is learning to walk. We also try to squeeze in a walk in the afternoon. Thanks for the contest.

I've been trying to use short but intense workouts to get my exercise in since I'm always short on time. This sounds like a fun fitness program!

i always try to park my car further away then I have to, and i fit in exercise when I can. If I have 15-20 minutes free time during the day when I really don't have anything I need to be doing I will start doing exercise moves then and there. I also try to get to the gym atleast 3 days a week
