Sane Fitness Quick Start

Wednesday, March 25, 2009

I have never been someone who has self motivation when it comes to exercising. Mainly because I find it boring....especially because I honestly have no clue what I'm doing....and chances are if I get frustrated I'll just give up. Sane Fitness is geared for women just like me. I am a busy working mom...when am I going to find the time to work out and make it effective? Sane Fitness has come up with a solution.
"The SANE FITNESS QuickStart Deck is the perfect portable fitness trainer. Take it with you on those business trips and revive yourself. The deck features six week’s worth of full body workouts on easy-to-follow portable cards. Each week the SANE FITNESS QuickStart Deck offers a different combination of weight training and stretching exercises to increase one’s fitness level. When on-the-go, users can take one week’s worth of workouts with them to help them stay on track with their fitness routine. The SANE FITNESS QuickStart Deck also includes a cardio plan outlining 20 minutes of cardio before your weight lifting. SANE FITNESS makes it easy to take less than one hour out of your day to get a great workout each and every time. Maybe this would get me motivated again. I lost 4 sizes in the last couple years. Haven't been very motivated to make the time to work out. Starting to gain some back. Would love to win. Please enter me, thank you

I get my exercise from chasing around my little one who is learning to walk. We also try to squeeze in a walk in the afternoon. Thanks for the contest.

I go to the gym before work - I find that things don't interfere as much with my time in the morning.

I've been trying to use short but intense workouts to get my exercise in since I'm always short on time. This sounds like a fun fitness program!

i always try to park my car further away then I have to, and i fit in exercise when I can. If I have 15-20 minutes free time during the day when I really don't have anything I need to be doing I will start doing exercise moves then and there. I also try to get to the gym atleast 3 days a week
