WeFitFamilies Mothers Day Mega Bash

I truly believe that to be a strong family, you need to spend quality time together. Our family accomplishes this by setting aside one day a week to have "Family Night." We picked Friday night as our time to get together as a family and to avoid all outside distractions. The computer, television and cell phones all get turned off. We usually have pizza delivered and let the kids pick our activity for the night. This usually involves playing a good ole fashion board game like Trouble, Monopoly, or Dominoes. The evening is topped off with a bowl of ice cream and some snuggling on the couch. Our kids are only 4 & 1, but they really look forward to Friday nights. I hope to continue this tradition through their High School years and beyond!
