Stonyfield Farm Organic Yogurt

>> June 16, 2009

Who doesn't love the creamy, smooth taste of yogurt?  Especially when you know that it's yogurt made from the best ingredients around, and made by a company that has not only your health in mind, but also the health of our planet.

Stonyfield Farm got it's start as an organic farming school, so they know a thing or two about taking care of the earth.  In addition to the positive impact that their organic ingredient purchases makes, they also use solar power to generate clean, renewable energy to make  their products.

But enough about the science stuff; let's talk about the yumminess that they create!  Maybe it's all in my head, but for me, food just tastes better if I know it's wholesome and nutritious.  We recently tried Stonyfield's newly-formulated YoBaby Yogurt.  It has the same great creamy taste, but with new great ingredients.

YoBaby Yogurt contains zinc to boost healthy immune systems, Calcium, Vitamin D, and protein to support babies rapidly growing bodies.  YoBaby also contains their special blend of live and active cultures; I tell my kids they are like friendly bugs that eat the bad bugs in their tummies!

Here's what YoBaby does NOT put in their organic yogurt: toxic pesticides, synthetic growth hormones, and antibiotics (found in non-organic dairy products), artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners.  Finally, a pre-packaged, easy to serve snack that is truly, transparently nutritious!
In addition to YoBaby, Stonyfield Farms offers organic ice cream and frozen yogurt, organic smoothies, organic yogurt, soy yogurt, and greek yogurt, and organic milk.

Win your own:
Simply visit Stonyfield Farms online and tell us what your favorite product is.  Winner will receive a YoBaby bowl with lid, an organic YoBaby bib, and a bundle of 5 free YoBaby coupons.
Contest ends midnight EST, June 23
