For anyone who knows me....I am a self proclaimed water hater! Seriously, I consume as little as possible and choose to live on coffee and pop. For me, drinking water requires serious motivation. I was so excited when I heard about Avitae (pronounced ah-vee-tay). It's caffeinated water people! I mean, could it get any better than this. I can get my required caffeine and get the benefits of water that I'm normally missing out on.

What I love even more, is that it is a local company! Avitae was invented and is manufactured an hour from where I live.

Avitae has the same amount of caffeine as a diet pop. So what does it smell and taste like? Well....it smells and tastes like water. That's it! According to their website:
