In today's world we are all concerned about "being healthy" Doctors are more concerned these days about obesity among children than ever before. Obviously as a parent I too am concerned about the health of my babies. My Gym At Home:Fun With Monique is a fitness DVD for baby's and toddlers to do with a parent. It uses great silly songs and dances so your kids get a work out while having fun!

All 3 of my kids loved doing this fitness DVD! They are really into learning what is healthy in our lives, and it's great to be able to do something with them to give them some fitness! It's especially great for my daughter with Spina Bifida, she does not get as much exercise as her twin, and it was soooo great to see her be able to do it right along with her sister!! Another great thing about this is that you can do this from your very own home!(No embarrassing moments in the gym..)
