Zhu Zhu Pets

Don't you just love hamsters! They are too adorable. A few years ago my little niece got a hamster for Christmas and I had the best time buying cute little toys for it's cage and adorable little treats she could feed him. Now that my little girl is older.....she thinks that we can have an endless array of pets and is constantly asking for something new. We have one little fluffy dog who is more than ENOUGH. We certainly don't need another.

The other problems with hamsters is that number one they don't live very long. Your kid is going to grieve their little pet like they just lost a best friend. Number two they can be stinky. You have to clean out their cages. I for one don't need yet another household chore.

Zhu Zhu Pet's have come up with the perfect solution. Create life like hamsters that your children can play with.....complete with what we call "hamster heaven" -- their playground :)

These adorable little hamsters make their way through their little playhouse, down slides and even drive a car. I was amazed when they were able to get inside their wheel...spin around...then get back out.

The only problem that we encountered with Zhu Zhu pets is that the pieces can come apart easily when bumbed or leaned on. My 2 year old was the main culprit of this. On the up side, they come complete with batteries. Now how many toys can claim that? Overall my kids love them! My little girl even woke up one morning and put her hamster in her ball and said she was going to give it it's morning exercises. Too Cute!
