Baby Bunch Crayon Romper Set Review

I am a mom to a very colorful four and half year old boy and come mid-December will have another son to share my love with. Being that I have been shopping for clothes for over 4 years, I have noticed that well, there really isn't a whole lot of color choices for the boys as there are for the girls. And if there are 'gender neutral' clothes they come in green or yellow.

Recently I was contacted by Baby Bunch asking if I would like to review their Crayon Romper set. I jumped at the chance because not only am I an expectant mom, but because the colors in the set weren't your typical pink, blue, soft green, or yellow - they were vibrant colors of green, red, and orange. The romper set is 100% organic cotton and contains three short sleeve rompers that are size 0-6 months or up to 16 lbs.

Pros - Love the vibrant colors and the fact that they are made of organic cotton. As I am not expecting our little bundle of joy till December, I was able to get my hands on this precious 5 month old fella to test out the size of the onesie. 

I must say that it fit in length and wasn't too tight on this chunk of sweetness who was pushing close to the 16 lb mark when this picture was taken. The set is also gender neutral.

Cons - I chose to hand wash the red onesie to test out color bleed. I hand washed the onesie in cold water and air dried. The water did turn pink and being that the onesie is 100% cotton I would expect if dried in the dryer that it would shrink thus not fitting a 6 month old or infant approaching the 16 lb mark. The onesie did not fade as you can tell by the vibrant color in this previous picture of sweetness.

Overall Review - I would purchase this set as a gift so that the expectant mom could have something in her child's wardrobe other than the standard pink, blue, pale yellow, and soft green. It is gender neutral and the cost overall for three organic onesies is reasonable.
